Shipping Locations

We ship compressors within Australia only.

Free Shipping (Metro Areas Only)

We offer free shipping on compressor purchases made online at full Recommended Retail Price (RRP) to metro areas in the following Australian states:

  • Victoria (VIC)
  • New South Wales (NSW)
  • South Australia (SA)
  • Queensland (QLD)

Free shipping applies only to metro locations within these states.

Paid Shipping (Regional & Other States)

For deliveries to:

  • Regional or non-metro areas in VIC, NSW, SA, or QLD
  • Western Australia (WA)
  • Tasmania (TAS)
  • Northern Territory (NT)

Shipping costs are not free and will be:

  • Calculated based on location and freight requirements
  • Quoted and confirmed prior to dispatch via our customer service team
  • Paid by the customer

Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes vary depending on location, stock availability, and freight carrier schedules. Estimated delivery times will be provided once shipping costs are confirmed. We aim to dispatch in-stock compressor within 24 hours of payment clearing.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

30-Day Free Trial

We offer a 30-day (1 month) free trial on eligible compressors.

  • Customers must apply for the free trial through our approved application process.
  • During the 30-day period, customers may:
    • Exchange the compressor for another model, or
    • Return the compressor for a refund, subject to conditions below.

Return Conditions

Returned compressors must:

  • Be in the same condition as delivered
  • Show no damage, misuse, or unauthorised modification
  • Include all original components, accessories, and documentation

All returned products are subject to inspection before approval of an exchange or refund.

Warranty Returns

Returns and exchanges are also accepted where required under our Warranty Policy and Australian Consumer Law, including manufacturing faults or defects.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Return shipping costs may apply unless the return is due to a verified warranty fault.
  • Shipping costs are confirmed with the customer before return approval.

Non-Returnable Items

Custom-configured or special-order compressors may not be eligible for return unless required by Australian Consumer Law.
