4. Warranty, Servicing & Conditions of Sale
By purchasing goods from Sollant Compressors Australia (“Sollant”), the customer acknowledges and agrees that: All compressors are supplied subject to Sollant’s Warranty Policy (2 Years) as in force at the time of sale. The customer has read, understood, and accepted the terms of Sollant’s warranty, including limitations, exclusions, and conditions. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the compressor is installed, operated, and maintained in accordance with Sollant instructions provided at the time of sale and/or generally accepted industry standards for industrial air compressors Routine maintenance must be carried out at the prescribed service intervals, being every 1,000 hours of compressor running time or 12 months, whichever occurs first, to maintain warranty eligibility. Failure to comply with the warranty conditions, servicing requirements, or operating standards may result in warranty claims being declined. The warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of defective parts in accordance with Sollant’s Warranty Policy and does not include labour, travel, downtime, loss of production, or consequential or indirect losses, except where required by Australian Consumer Law.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sollant Compressors Australia shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will try to provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
